Update: 24 August 2026

Further to our previous update on progress at Free Wharf Phase 2, there are still a few final documents outstanding before we can achieve practical completion (PC); our development team are working with the consultants closely to get these items closed off. In positive news, we should we be in a good position to work towards building safety registration closely after PC is achieved, this is of course subject to change, but we will keep you updated.
