Update 11.11.2025

Please find within the documents section an updated table detailing our current progress. We are pleased to report that we have successfully received two key documents: the Regulation 38 and the Height Safety Equipment Certificates.

As you will see in the table, there are still a few remaining items outstanding, for which we have provided the expected dates of receipt.

We had previously communicated that we would be able to submit all necessary information to our internal building safety team for final approval mid-November. Due to the remaining outstanding items, this internal submission date will now move toward the end of November. However, we still anticipate being able to submit for registration to the Building Safety Regulator before Christmas, with occupations beginning as planned in January 2026.

We will provide another update by 25 November 2025.
