Update 11/06/2025

We are writing with our latest update on progress at Corner Place. We are pleased to confirm that all the opening up on site has now been completed, Elements do not envisage any more opening up will be required. The items raised by independent fire assessor IFI are being closed down and good progress is being made to achieve completion of works on the anticipated date of 31 July 2025.

We still anticipate occupation in September. We will provide another update by 9 July 2025.
